How a Tunisian Skincare Brand Reached 3.5M Users in 2 Months Without Relying on Ads Alone
Introduction
Today, digital presence is no longer optional.
With over 5.5 billion people using the internet globally, representing nearly 68% of the world’s population, brands are no longer competing for attention, they’re competing for relevance.
But being online isn’t enough.
The real challenge is creating content that resonates, builds trust, and earns attention in an increasingly saturated space.
As a social media agency in Tunisia, our role goes beyond publishing content.
We design feeds that feel like conversations; intuitive, relatable, and emotionally aligned with the audience.
Because when it comes to skincare, content should feel exactly like the product itself: clean, refreshing, and made for you.
That was the starting point for Algo Vita.
Not just to “post better,” but to build a presence that truly connects.
The Challenge
Algo Vita approached us with a clear need: transform their social media into a space that feels intentional, cohesive, and engaging.
Their content lacked:
- A consistent visual identity
- A clear storytelling direction
- A structured content strategy
The goal was to move from simple product showcasing to a complete brand experience.
Our Strategy
Aesthetic Positioning & Brand Universe
We built a visual direction inspired by:
- The skincare universe (clean, minimal, sensory visuals)
- A “girlhood” aesthetic to create emotional relatability
- A premium yet accessible tone
Each product category was assigned a distinct color palette, allowing the feed to feel cohesive while maintaining variety.
Content That Balances Emotion & Value
We structured the content strategy around three pillars:
- Aesthetic Content → to attract and elevate perception
- Product Combination Content → to demonstrate real usage
- Educational Content → to inform and build trust
By educating rather than pushing products, brands position themselves as trusted advisors. This not only increases credibility but also encourages audiences to share valuable content within their communities, amplifying reach organically.
As highlighted in a Forbes article on modern marketing, educational content helps brands build trust, encourage engagement, and support informed decision-making, making it far more effective than traditional sales-driven approaches.
This approach allowed Algo Vita to move from simply promoting products to building a relationship with its audience.
High-Frequency Content Strategy
To accelerate growth and visibility:
- Phase 1 (Months 1–2):
2 posts per day → maximize reach and test formats - Phase 2 (Month 3):
1 post per day → focus on product features, ingredients, and deeper storytelling
This shift was not random, it was designed to balance reach, engagement, and content quality over time.
Consistency plays a critical role in social media performance. According to insights from Hootsuite, maintaining a regular and structured presence helps brands build credibility, strengthen recognition, and increase engagement over time.
In other words, consistency is not about posting frequently, it is about creating a predictable and recognizable brand experience.
Human-Centered Video Strategy (UGC & CGI)
To enhance engagement and storytelling, we introduced:
- CGI videos to elevate product presentation
- UGC-style videos featuring creators from our internal hub
This shift made the content feel more authentic, relatable, and immersive.
As explored in our article on Advery Agency blog’s “The Wave of Influencer Marketing”, brands today are increasingly leveraging micro-creators and UGC to:
- Build trust
- Create relatable narratives
- Strengthen emotional connection with their audience
